1. Identify your key number

The key number is the unique code that your key is cut to. Without this number, we cannot cut or supply the key.
 

2. Where can I find the key number?

The key number can be found in 2 places – either on the head of your key or on the face of the lock.

The key number is normally found on the head of the key. It can be made up of a sequence of numbers, or numbers and letters, and will be between 4 and 6 digits in length. 

If your key only has 3 digits on the head you will need to prefix the digits with ‘92’ to complete the number. For more information on the 92 series key click here.

The key number may also be found on the face of the lock. Again, it can be made up of a sequence of numbers or numbers and letters, and will be between 4 and 6 digits in length. If the digits are split above and below the keyhole, please use the whole sequence starting with the numbers at the top.

3. How can I be sure this is the correct key number?

Once you have identified your key number, type it into the search box at the top of the page. This will take you directly to the key series page for that code. The key series page contains further information on each key including pricing, images and a full list of key codes. 

If your key doesn’t look like the one shown on the key series page, try browsing by Product Type or Lock Type where you can find the keys most associated with a particular furniture or lock type. Alternatively, you can view images of all of our keys by browsing the Key Series Catalogue.

4. I’ve found my replacement key type, how do I order?

Simply type your key number into the form on the key series page, select the quantity you require and click ‘Add to cart’.

Key prices will vary depending on the type of key you are ordering, please see the Key Series Catalogue for individual key prices. Quantity discounts are available on key volumes from 1 to 20. If you require more than 20 keys, please contact us on +44 (0) 121 505 0400 or email [email protected] for a quote.

Yes, we can provide you with a key using the number off an existing key. Simply type it into the search box at the top of the page.

Yes, the differ number is the key number so spares or replacements can be ordered.

If you wish to order a mixed set of 20 or more key numbers please list them in a spreadsheet and email them to [email protected].
