Delivery lead times

We aim to process and despatch all orders, placed before 1pm, on the same working day. Please Note: Not all keys are available on this service, see the table below for further information.

Orders are not processed or despatched on weekends or holidays.

Unless requested at checkout, all keys are despatched using the Royal Mail 1st class mail service which aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays (please visit Royal Mail website for exceptions to this service).


Delivery confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email notification once your order has been despatched. All orders are sent using the Royal Mail 1st class mail service so no tracking information is available.

If you have chosen the Royal Mail signed for 1st class or Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed services you will receive an email with your tracking number which you can view on the Royal Mail website.


2025 Postage services and rates

Postage is based on the weight of the keys in your order. This will be calculated at checkout. Guide pricing can be found below:

International orders and delivery

We currently do not receive orders online for customers outside of the U.K. Please call our sales office on +44 (0) 121 505 0400 for all orders outside of the U.K.
